During our personal training program we use the BIA-analysis. (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) to get an accurate picture of your body composition (muscle mass, body fat percentage, hydration balance, and more). These valuable insights help us further personalize your training plan and objectively track your progress.

In Antwerp Berchem, I am based in the dynamic environment of Trigger X, Fitness & Healthclub – the ideal place for your intensive workouts. In Brussels (Laeken), I work from the multidisciplinary practice DE TANDEM, where I will guide you in a calm and professional environment. Whether you want to get stronger, improve your condition, or have specific fitness goals in mind, I am here for you at both locations. My focus is on your physical progress and learning sustainable exercise habits, so that an active lifestyle becomes an integral part of your day.
