The BIA Analysis: More Than Just Weight

A BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) measurement is an advanced and non-invasive method I use to gain a detailed picture of your body composition. Unlike simply measuring your weight, the BIA machine provides insight into the various components that make up your body.

How does it work?

The BIA machine sends a weak, imperceptible electrical current through your body. Because muscle, fat, and water offer different resistance (impedance) to this current, the machine can accurately calculate how much fat, lean body mass, muscle mass, and fluid your body contains based on this resistance.

This quick and easy measurement provides valuable insights essential for personalizing effective nutrition and training programs and accurately monitoring your progress.
